An entrepreneur at heart, he received his degree from UT in graphic design with a strong emphasis on brand development. Advertising is part of his DNA. He understands both the business and creative sides. His motto? “Stay hungry!”  Meet Adam Bledsoe, the latest member of our new business development team.

He got his start at a small agency in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Moved on to Media General, then E.W. Scripps—both well-stablished, diversified media conglomerates. There, he developed extensive knowledge in the digital, traditional, and non-traditional media space, creating targeted and effective media campaigns for clients.

An unforeseen break came when Adam joined Tombras, the largest, full-service ad agency in the state of Tennessee. He became an account executive, managing the business and marketing strategies of both small businesses and large Fortune 500 companies, like Daimler-Chrysler. That’s where Adam honed his business and marketing expertise, which he would put to work in his own venture a few years later.

A dog lover, he’d discovered a need for a new product idea of his in the $80 billion a year pet industry. His entrepreneurial instincts kicked in and he left Tombras to start his own company. Adam became the business, media, marketing and product development mind behind his new product. He financed his first order with his own money and sales began to take off. His 5-year business plan led to a successful sale and profit.

Adam also has a competitive side that’s worked to his advantage in business and his favorite sport, bowling. He bowled his first 300 game before he was 18 and has 20 perfect games to his credit. He also has a very busy schedule consulting with clients on any and every business or marketing need.
