Meet Maycreate's New Project Manager

She’s a dreamer. Writer. Adventurer. Received her bachelor’s degree from USC. That’s University of South Carolina. And yes, she’s a Gamecock through and through. Says she’s like a zombie without that morning cup of coffee in hand. She grew up in Raleigh, NC with three younger brothers who taught her to be direct. Her parents encouraged her to follow her dream and be whatever she wanted to be.  

When she left North Carolina to attend USC, she faced change, but Abby says that’s something she welcomes with an open mind and heart. Her college degree is in marketing and finance, opposite ends of the right brain, left brain school of thought. She leans more towards the creative world versus the world of macro and micro-economics. Abby enjoys thinking out of the box, using her imagination and challenging her creativity.

You might say, joining the Maycreate team was destiny. “All things happen for a reason,” says Abby. One of her life goals is to absorb all the wisdom and life lessons she can so she can grow into a better leader and individual. She will have plenty of opportunity to do that here. As a matter of fact, her love of change, learning new concepts, and exploring the unknown are what the fields of marketing and advertising are all about. 

Weekends she gets away from the fast-paced world of marketing and advertising. Watches college football. Go Gamecocks! She also explores new places in the community. Traveling is her hobby. By car or by plane, it’s the chance to find new experiences. Speaking of new, Abby recently joined us as our new project manager. We’re very happy she’s here. Her dad always said, “If you can look to your left and your right and feel like you belong, then you’re in the right place.”
