A Website That Takes Luxury To a New Level

Happy Feet International, a valued client, saw the rapidly growing demand for Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) and Tile (LVT) early on. They’ve added and updated new product styles and colors to meet that demand. A company with foresight, they also saw another opportunity. A chance to establish a luxury offshoot of their brand with unique design and performance features that appealed to the interior design market. 

Maycreate’s creative department was asked to design, build, and write content for a website that showcased this exceptional brand. Called the “Black Label Collection,” its amazingly realistic colors and textures seamlessly flow from plank to plank, room to room with zero transition between styles.

Adam Ewing, Maycreate’s design director, was the site’s designer. “Everything begins with a well-developed site map,” says Adam. “One that builds a content hierarchy, simplifies navigation, and makes the user experience consistent and easy.” Adam styled the site design in a way that elevated the product. He kept the transitions soft, culminating in a classic, stylish look. He also used subdued, monochromatic colors to emphasize the sophistication and style of the product line. 

Virginia Brooks, our front-end Web Developer, brought Adam’s vision to life, bringing the worlds of design and technology together. Efficiency, speed and smooth functionality are her watchwords. She creates tools that enhance a users’ interaction and experience with the site on any browser. Simply put, that means getting you where you’re going in two clicks or less, while grabbing your attention and providing clear calls to action.
