Chattanooga Floor Care (CFC) is a successful and trusted contractor that specializes in high-quality concrete floor finishing. They came to Maycreate in September of last year with an urgent need. The company was headed into its annual fourth quarter seasonal slowdown and their project list and lead pipeline were shrinking. The decline was anticipated, but their current mix of marketing partners was too fragmented to remedy this. They’d also decided it was time to do something different for Q4 of 2022 and Q1 of 2023, but they needed help.

Facing a Tight Window

John Wagoner, Sr. Brand Strategist & Account Supervisor, scheduled a campaign discovery. The Maycreate team and our client reviewed past work and the sales metrics, as well as lead traffic. The team knew we faced a tight window. We had to create and produce an effective marketing campaign generating qualified leads before the home improvement customer checked out from the holiday season through late January. That left no time for a deep dive into the brand or to shoot and produce new photography or video...the clock was ticking.

Creating Custom Audiences

The Maycreate team went to work. Rad Davenport, our Digital Marketing Manager, built a digital media strategy, creating custom audiences, and leveraging their existing assets to create a seamless customer journey from first touch to scheduling an estimate. Morgen Tanksley, Senior Art Director, and Amelia Brannon, Designer, created a campaign-specific landing page, as well as all social media and digital display ads. Lindsey Lowe, Content Producer & Photographer, researched and wrote copy for their website, print, and digital media. We also produced precision-placed TV spots that brought new leads into CFC’s sales funnel with a very successful close rate.

Pipeline Filled into January

Matt Jeffery, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), told Maycreate’s team that it was the best holiday season they’d ever experienced for residential business. The quality of their leads was way up, resulting in a 50 percent closure rate, and the pipeline was filled into January.
