She's Back from the "Big Apple."

Lauren loves the world of fashion, but she loves the fast-paced world of advertising even more. After she received her bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga (UTC), she headed to the "Big Apple" and a job in sales at Armani's flagship store on 5th Avenue in downtown Manhattan. But she missed advertising, Maycreate and Chattanooga, her hometown.

She returned in August to rejoin Maycreate as a full-time employee and our new office/traffic manager. She said she just couldn't be away from the fast-paced world of advertising any longer. Besides, she went on to say, "Maycreate is a fun place to work because you're always engaging your mind, thinking about all sorts of marketing issues." Must run in her family because her mom is a former marketing analyst for Unum, the large, Fortune 500 insurance company.

In addition to her interests in advertising and fashion, she also likes to travel. She's been to Italy, Tunisia and Mexico and plans to visit other parts of the world. But for now she's scheduling jobs, greeting clients, managing client traffic and encouraging the creatives when they can't seem to find the "Big Idea." Welcome home, Lauren.
